Refund Policy
At Lumis Gallery, each artwork is carefully curated and handled with attention to quality and condition. Due to the nature of original and limited-edition artwork, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds are accepted only if an artwork arrives damaged or significantly different from its description. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team and providing clear photographs of the packaging and artwork.
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

Limited-edition or made-to-order pieces

Artwork purchased during sales or promotional events

Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, the artwork must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to verified damage or error on our part.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
